Initiation

The prospect was in our arena from Instagram account. The prospect appalled the designs and features. The designers along with the supervisors visited the site to understand the nitty-gritty of the space inch by inch. We engaged our team with the client to understand the mood board of the prospect. We connected with the prospect on a personal level to understand what all fixtures and furniture’s he wish to retain and shift along-with his new thoughts & apartment. We deliberated with for 2D with its residential Layout.

Based on our initial discussion with the prospect, we touched-base in our office to discuss the designs, textures, color schemes and pattern to be incorporated. After 2D, the Three Dimensional Designs are generated for four corners of the space. A detailed estimate was laid keeping in view the civil, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, furniture, modular kitchen, paint, wallpaper, soft furnishings & white goods. The execution modus-operandi was laid down along with timelines with the tag on commercial terms & conditions stating the terms of warranty.

Crafting and Weaving

“The prospect is now our Patron”. The super built up area was 1400 Sq.ft having a carpet of 1150 Sq.ft.

A 3 BHK is now converted into 2 BHK giving a larger space to it’s Master Bedroom. The civil team was assigned to demolish the non-load bearing wall and the flooring of the same was re-fabricated with vitrified tiles.

The composed and closed kitchen was converted into an open one with a island counter. Giving burgundy color with off white in our Modular Kitchen having provisions of double bowl sink and a drain board.

The Master Bedroom with a decorative partition having a cozy-lazy sit-out on the other side. Headboard of the bed was highlighted with the profile lights on the panel and louvers on each sides.

The second room consists of their existing bed with sentimental attachment to our client thereby the textures of balance furniture’s was a mix-match as well contrasted.

Living room comes with open balcony, a Bar cabinet and a French window along with the T.V unit, Sofa Sets and a Centre Table.

Dining room has its own beauty to the space with a crockery unit, a dining table, a decorative partition and a Divine Temple. All the curtains and blinds have a soft velvet feel with touch giving a opulent outlook to the apartment.

Completion & Handover

After thorough inspection of the site by our designer and supervisor prepared a snag list wherein all the touch up and correction work were achieved to make it a perfect picture match. booklet was prepared encompassing detailed drawings, designs, MOC, Codes depicting the variety of materials used to ensure pin-pointed future maintenance provisions. The warranty certificates were issued to our patron along with the Apartment Keys and “The Booklet” on project completion & “Hand Over” .
