“The prospect is now our Patron”. The 2900 Sq.ft house was fabricated in elegant and modern designs. We proposed to remodel the Kitchen area structurally and advise it to be an “Open Kitchen” satisfying all our Patron’s requirements. Once the floor plan is set, we began elaborate out all of the components of the designs from storage details to actual selection of lightings, colors, laminations and wallpapers. The Material Palette was inspired from the Luxurious Heritage Interiors Concept. Quartz was used as the counter top and the same goes for Dado as well minimizing the numbers of textures used. Acrylic Sheets instead of laminates are incorporated for Kitchen. All the furniture pieces were mostly custom designed to best fit each space and the utility. A long horizontal wall was designed as a hidden cabinet cum a Divine Mandir. A sitting of 10 seats sofa was accommodated in the Living Room for our Patron’s friends and family entertainment. Dining Table with 4 Chairs and a 3 seat Bench was uniquely placed. Charcoals, Louvers, Wallpapers and Rose-gold Strips were embraced as the highlighters of the rooms. A team of highly skilled fabricators manually crafted all the furniture’s and fixtures on 3D drawings. We make ourselves available to regularly visit the site for Field discussions.
