“The prospect is now our Patron”. The floor plan consists of an area of 1750 Sq.ft super built having a carpet of 1505 Sq.ft with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Washrooms, 2 Verandah, Living cum Dining and an open Kitchen with a corridor. The 2 washroom was refurnish with Marble looking tiles, plumbing, water proofing & Sanitary Fitments of Water Closet, Shower Panel & a Washbasin.
Kids Room was designed in a theme keeping in mind of Rainbows & Clouds. A room with Bed, Dressing Table, Wardrobe & Study Table gives a baby pink look with velvet curtains. Stencil Designs inlayed in Wardrobe gives a beautiful artistic feel. A customized wallpaper giving an outlook of Rainbow with the Sun Rays shaped Dressing Table Shutter. DUCO finish room which enhances the white and bright look of the space. The False Ceiling was in sync with the décor of the room.
Living Room embraces Decorative Partition cum Shoe Cabinet, T.V Unit, Sofa set, Crockery Unit cum Dining Table and a Divine Temple. Starting from the Main Door, we incorporated double door with the Metal designs, Stone Cladding as the Panel work of Main door, and a small lit niche to keep our Idol. A see through decorative partition was provided so as to provide privacy for the Dining Table and also creating a Foyer area. Marble finish Mandir with CNC designs and shelves was designed in a way that it becomes the epicenter of the room.
The Patron loved to live with few of his existing furniture with little bit of Fragrance with his Mood board to suit the Entire Apartment giving a New Vintage Look.
Ending is always a New Beginning. We fabricated, installed, modified and adjusted the Patron’s assets to tone with our Inspiration. We involved the lead by converting him to our Patron formally with acceptance of his apartment’s transformation with all necessary information for future upkeep.

Communication Process plan starting from whom to contact and when to contact was well established for Today and Tomorrow.
Knowledge Transfer was done with the Patron’s thought process and actual checklist encompassing revised drawings, designs, project description, layouts and documentation of all relevant information was provided about the project viz. Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing. All code base numbers was provided while handing over The Booklet.
